Job Description:
TITLE: Girls JV Lacrosse Coach
Summary: Following the mission of The Blake School and the core
purposes of the athletic department, the JV lacrosse coach will
direct, serve, and coordinate the Blake School Girls Lacrosse program.
The Blake Girls Lacrosse Program competes in the Independent Metro
Athletic Conference, which is part of the Minnesota State High School League.
Job Duties:

assist with planning and coordinating all schedules and practice

player development
-
assist in selection of assistant coaches
-
assist in aspects of the lacrosse program.

provide on and off the field training opportunities that include
instruction, management, and teaching of all student/athletes

communicating to players and parents
-
other duties as assigned by the Athletic Director
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:

strong knowledge of lacrosse fundamentals

experience coaching with demonstrated success at the high school level

passion for working with the high school athlete

ability to balance team building with individual skill building

integrity and fairness
