Job Description:
The Blake School seeks to hire enthusiastic, energetic and
experienced lifeguards and swim instructors for its Summer at Blake
aquatics programs. Lifeguards and Instructors are responsible for
ensuring the safety of campers participating in swim lessons, leading
skill based programs and monitoring camp aquatics activities.
Day Camp at Blake serves over 200 weekly participants, ages 4-14 in
grades Pre-K-8 on the Hopkins campus. Candidates should be available
for employee training and preparation scheduled prior to the start of camp.
- 2024 Summer at Blake: 6/10-6/21 Employee Training & Retreat,
6/24-8/9 Programming (no programs will be held on 6/19, 7/4 or 7/5)
Day Camp at Blake will take place on Blake’s Hopkins campus.
Transportation will be provided for all off-site excursions.
Counselors and program specialists report to the director to ensure a
safe, fun and nurturing environment for all participants.
The committee will begin the review of applications on Jan. 1.
